Pre-Clinic
The step before the visit: this is where the patient's vital signs are recorded before they see the doctor.
Available to: Owner, Doctor, and Nurse
Record vital signs
- 1In Pre-Clinic you'll see the list of “Confirmed” appointments still pending triage. Click “Start triage.”
- 2Fill in Weight, Height (BMI is calculated automatically), Blood pressure, Heart rate, Temperature, and Oxygen saturation.
- 3Add Observations and notes for the doctor if needed.
- 4Click “Save vitals.” The values become available automatically when the doctor opens the patient's consultation.

Tips
• Fields show a color alert when a value is outside the normal range.
• You can use “Clear” to reset the form before saving.
