Consultation
Where the doctor sees and documents the visit: vital signs, history, diagnosis, treatment, and closing out the consultation.
Available to: Owner and Doctor
See a patient
- 1In Consultation you'll see the queue of patients “In waiting room.” Click “Start consultation.”
- 2Check the Vital signs: they're filled in automatically if Pre-clinic was done today; otherwise complete them right there (weight, height, blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation).
- 3Fill in Reason for visit, History of present illness, Physical exam, and Clinical diagnostic impression.
- 4In Diagnoses, click “Add diagnosis,” use “Search CIE-10” to find the right code, or try “Suggest with AI” and manually confirm the suggestions before saving.
- 5In Treatments, add the products or services in the plan (quantity, dosage, duration, and instructions). If the product doesn't exist yet, use “Create quick product.”
- 6If the patient needs tests, click “Order lab test” to open a lab order already linked to the patient.
- 7Write the Final consultation note and choose how to close it: “Finish and send to cashier” (leaves it pending payment in Billing) or “Finish and charge now” (takes you straight to Billing).
