Each patient's consolidated clinical record: past visits, diagnoses, and treatments.

View a patient's history

1Go to History and pick a patient from the list (it shows total consultations and the date of the last one).
2You can also get there from Patients with the “History” button, or from Consultation with “View patient history.”
3In the record you'll see personal information, a clinical summary, lab orders, and every past consultation with its vital signs, diagnoses, physical exam, final note, and treatment.

Tips

• From history you can open “New order” for lab tests directly for that patient.

• “My consultations” (inside Consultation) is a shortcut to the history of visits you attended.
