Appointments
The day's schedule: see how many patients are booked today, waiting, or overdue, and move them through triage and consultation from here.
Available to: Owner, Doctor, Nurse, and Assistant
- 1In Appointments, click “New appointment.”
- 2Search for the patient in the Patient field, or click “New” to create one instantly with first name, last name, phone, date of birth, and gender.
- 3Fill in the Reason for visit and choose the Doctor.
- 4Pick the Date on the calendar (past dates aren't allowed) and then an available slot from the time grid.
- 5Click “Save appointment.” The appointment is created with status “Scheduled.”
- 1Click “Direct care.”
- 2Search for the patient by name, phone, or ID, or use “Quick patient” to register one instantly.
- 3Click “Attend now” on the patient: the appointment is created and the consultation opens right away, skipping triage and the waiting room.
- 1When the patient arrives, click “Arrival” to move the appointment to “Confirmed.”
- 2With the appointment “Confirmed,” click “Pre-clinic” to send it to Triage.
- 3Once the patient is “In waiting room,” click “Consultation” to start the medical visit.
- 4From the clock menu you can “Change time” (reschedule) or “Cancel appointment.”

Scheduled — booked, the patient hasn't arrived yet.
Confirmed — the patient has arrived at the clinic.
Waiting room — triage is done and the patient is waiting for the doctor.
Completed / Cancelled — the visit is over or was cancelled.
• Overdue appointments (past their time and not finished) show up in a separate block with “Cancel” or “Reschedule” buttons.
• The time grid follows the clinic hours configured in Settings (fixed hours or 24/7).
