Subscription

The status of the clinic's payment plan: free trial, activation, and subscription management.

Available to: Owner

Go to module
Activate the subscription
  1. 1Verify your email if you haven't already (required before paying).
  2. 2Review the “Wake Health Pro” plan and click “Continue to payment.”
  3. 3Fill in the payment details to process the charge with n1co.
Manage the active plan
  1. 1In Subscription you'll see the status (trial, active, cancelled, or past due), the plan, and the valid-through date.
  2. 2If you want to stop renewing, click “Cancel subscription” and confirm.

Tips

• While you're in the trial period, a banner at the top shows the days remaining.

• Only the Owner can activate or cancel the subscription; other roles see the information in read-only mode.
